The present study aimed to finding out The degree of application of private school principals to electronic management in Eldakilia governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the standards of the International Association of Educational Technology, study used a descriptive method also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (185) teachers. The findings of the study showed that The degree of application of private school principals to electronic management in Eldakilia governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the standards of the International Association of Educational Technology was high Achieved in overall and Results also showed It also came high in every field by itself, came in first Level the Field of social, legal and ethical issues, In the second Field came the field of education and learning. The field of technological openness came in third Level. The fourth Level came in the field of providing a supportive technological environment for learning. In fifth Level came the field of communication with and outside the school staff. And ranked seventh in the field of assessment and evaluation, while the field of strategic planning came in eighth and last Level.. Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which are sex and years of experience, But there are differences in academic level variables for The field of strategic planning where the differences came in favor of the diploma. The study recommended with many recommendations including: the Ministry of Education building technology standards for principals of public and private schools in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the International Association standards for technological education, and the attention of the Ministry of Education and district education its design training programs for principals of private schools on the electronic management and standards of the International Society for Technology Education special training school administrators to use the SWAT approach to strategic technology planning, and the adoption of private school principals achievement files in job performance evaluation of employees in schools.
