This research aims to determine the training needs of the female teachers of the Qur'an regarding teaching skills. Moreover, it aims to analyze the variance of the governorate's variable (workplace) regarding the training needs of the Holy Qur'an's female teachers in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach is used in this research. The researcher developed the research's instrument and it contains 50 variables which represent the teaching skills in 10 dimensions. The constancy of the instrument was confirmed to be (0.971) according to the Cronbach's alpha for the internal consistency. The correlation coefficient showed a statistically significant strength at the level of 'less than (0.01)', indicating that the measure has a high degree of structural honesty after the instrument is presented to a group of arbitrators. The sample consists of all Qur'an's female teachers in Sultanate of Oman, and they are 1264 teachers. 20% of the sample was chosen randomly which represents 294 female teachers. The researcher used arithmetic means, standard deviations and ANOVA test for the independent levels and dimensional comparisons. The results of the study show the overall average of teaching skills in its medium degree to be 53.8%, then its high degree to be rated as 26.5%, and at last the training needs were rated between the medium and high. The statistical results showed statistically significant differences in the variable of the workplace (Governorate) regarding the training needs for the Qur'an's female teachers in Sultanate of Oman, in favor of the governorates with the lowest averages, these governorates are Musandam Governorate (2.8600), then Al Dhahira Governorate (3.3347), then Muscat Governorate (3.4390). The researcher suggests the necessity of investigating the occupational factors and their impact on the training needs of teaching skills (i.e. academic qualification, the major and the experience years). This study recommends to consider the results seriously in designing and implementing the training programs.
