The current study aims to identify the degree of availability of organizational ambidexterity among school principals and its relationship to teachers' creative behavior in Muscat Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. In achieving the objectives, the study used descriptive method and the questionnaire in collecting data. The study used a questionnaire to collect data from a sample 480 teachers from basic education schools in Muscat Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The most important findings of the study is that the degree of availability of organizational ambidexterity among school principals was high, and there was no statistically significant differences in estimates of sample members of the availability of organizational ambidexterity among school principals, is attributed to study variables (scientific qualifications, and experience), except for gender variable, where the results of the study revealed statistical differences, and in all organizational and females. The results of the study also revealed that the degree of creative behavior among schoolteachers was very high and showed that there were no statistically significant differences in estimates of sample members of the availability of creative behavior in schoolteachers, attributed to variables Study (gender, scientific qualification, and years of experience). The study also revealed a virtual crafted relationship between the availability of Organizational Ambidexterity among principals and the degree of creative behavior among those schools. In the light of the findings of the study, a series of recommendations was made: emphasizing the continuity of approach committees formed at the level of educational directorates and the ministry for the nomination and choice of managers and school leaders who own effective dynamic capabilities, and they have the ability to interact and adapt to global variables and competitiveness, the challenge now is the capacity of managers Schools in integration between internal and external knowledge, not only in the balance between resource investment and exploration opportunities, and the nomination of the Institute of Specialized School managers who have a high level of regulatory ingenuity; To organize training workshops, to emphasize how to develop them and promote the level of administrative thought and exercise, and implement the professional training center at the level (Governorate and Ministry) sessions and programs for the category of creative teachers and support them in promoting and developing their creative programs and their participation in conferences and conferences at the levels Local, regional and global.
