English abstract
Due to the growing concern of the importance of the statistical data in our present time, and since the global community has turned to be informative society where most of the world's states depend greatly on the available statistical data in considering and analyzing the obtainable options that pave the way to establish the policies and help in decision making. The Sultanate was mindful to pay considerable attention to develop the statistical system and strived to carry out a group of measures and steps that led to befalling of qualitative- move in the statistical work.From the spirit of practicing its functions in this field, the Ministry of Civil Service has endeavored to develop the pattern of collecting the data of the statistical book, by depending on the data from Human Resources Management System ( Mawrid). The data was a taken for a number of governmental units that apply the payroll medule.
This edition includes (6) chapters that clarifies data of the employees of the sector civil service after the issuance of the royal decree No. 78/2013, for the unifying of the table of salaries for the employees of the civil sector, and their units and establishments since 1st/01/2014, and the issuance of the board of regulations affairs for those who are occupying medical professions and medical assisting professions in Governmental medical Establishments ( Civil and Military pursue to ministerial decision No. 16/2014.
